Daz has genitals if you get the Pro version of model assets. Also there are other sources such as Golden Palace for females and Dicktator for males. If you use the Daz version, make sure any model assets you use have the genital, or all, materials for skin textures, or use the skin textures from a model that does.

Also, when you look for them in DAZ they will be under anatomy. you then select your model, and apply the genitals. To add the correct textures to them, select the genitals and then find the texture for it, and add to the genitals.

Also make sure if you use DAZ models and DAZ genitals that you make sure you have two male models set up. One nude version with dick on the model and one version with no dick on the model to be used with outfits.

I see it too many times where a DEV will use the model with the dick on it for everything. The problem with doing that is that the dick will deform the pants - shorts - underwear in the crotch area because the pants will try to form to the genitals.

About daz3d, I've just found out that they ask for 500 $ for releasing a game that is made by daz3d. Did everyone who release their games on f95 pay 500$? Or is there a way that I can release it without paying 500$?

this is an interactive license. If the player can actually 'move' the character around, as in a true video game, then you need the license. No license needed for 3d images as is done in a Visual Novel.

Do you know if this is true even if you just export the models from Daz into say Blender and re-rig/animate it there and stuff?

The explanations I have read, is that if the asset can be manipulated by the user, then you need the license. Because in order to manipulate the asset, the asset files must be present in the game file. If it is a 3d picture, then only the picture file is present in the game, so no license is required.

Animations, no matter what program they are made from, are fine. As long as the player is not moving the characters through arrows or controller, etc. as these are usually just a series of images, and not an actual 'moving' character.

As long as the asset files are not present in the game, and it is just the finished render that is being used, then no license is needed.

Hope that makes sense.

From the Daz description of the license agreement.

What the Standard License Agreement covers:
Whenever you purchase 3D content from Daz, it comes with certain rights that allow you to use that content. Some of those rights include the ability to:

  1. Render Images
  2. Render Videos
  3. Render HDRIs and/or Virtual Reality (VR) scenes
Any 2D artwork you produce and render out is completely owned by you (unless specified otherwise on the product page). You can use your 2D works commercially, modify them, sell them, or promote them, as protected by the (EULA). This is because the end product is a 2D render (your artwork) of the 3D model, as opposed to the original 3D Content.

When you should get an Interactive License:
An Interactive License is required when using or distributing 3D content from the Daz 3D store, whether modified or in its original form, in video games or other applications. This is because apps and video games use, alter, or manipulate the original 3D data, rather than 2D rendered images (one exception being content created using a stack of renders, such as a sprite — in which case the standard agreement would suffice).

While plenty of 3D Content from Daz comes with an Interactive License option, select items do not — the creator of each product chooses whether or not to offer an Interactive License. If no Interactive License options are offered for a product, it is not an option for using in an app, game, or video game (as a 3D asset).

Unless otherwise specified, these licenses are not eligible for returns or refunds.

You could also just model/sculpt them in blender, might take some effort, but definitely easier than modelling a full character.
