I took a brief look at this, but it won't be a job I take on.
For one thing, as best I can tell, it seems to be a custom game engine (or atleast one rare enough I've never encountered it before and nothing Google can point me toward dealing with). I briefly took a hex editor to some of the data files, but didn't see anything obvious...
