Kinda, there is a piss toggle but not a piercing toggle, also the scenes are just skipped and some images kinda stay the same even with the toggle on, I only looked at the CGs and how they appear in the game, also no one has confirmed why this has the group sex tag yet as I did not find any. Honestly though I don't particularly care if Miel's games have a piss toggle in them, first one I encountered and played didn't have it and I thought it was only a little.
Nope turns out the MC regularly chugs gallons of water and has a bladder issue.
