Probably some yandere/obsessed or just a total oddball (literal) Goddess that sent us to this world in the first place.

Inb4 she's actually really sweet/doting but has that "comes across as/talks in a crazy/sadistic way" split that some people really like in h-content and even some anime/manga characters.
