The staff overreached between the main routes and the side ones. And the underwater kingdoms would be huge and varied, so for now they are focusing on the land ones.

Most likely, the MC is going to become a stallion in at least two of the routes. It probably won't show up for a looooong while though and might not even play a major role until the very end of the routes.
Why?
Because I don't fetishize fat pregnant bellies. It's ultimately the devs choice though.
I am sure that the pregnancy will be the last part of the endgame of many routes, after acomplishing the "Happily ever after" or something like that. Others will simply have other type of ending.
Neither do I but I didn't interpret it that way, I saw it more as the giantesses getting impregnated rather than them being pregnant in and of itself.
I can see pregnancy becoming inevitable on some paths. Naya's stallion path and possibly the underwater kingdom path. Especially Margarita's path, there's no way that path ends without Margarita getting pregnant.

I imagine that if the devs implement that fetish in the game there will likely be some scenes with the girls pregnant.

Why stop on 10? I'm sure that because of her personality and the way she is, Margarita would want to have as many children as she can. Also because the MC is a pure human it's almost guaranteed that every time they have sex she is gonna get pregnant.

I think the height can vary, there's the devil mini giantess from homaspernia who's half the size of a regular giantess and the cultist from Pyeka's route who's twice as big as the MC.
I'd want enough to crash milk prices globally.

But the cultist wasn't a giantess, she is just taller than the MC because of her race, for example the orcs are always much bigger and taller than the humans in games/movies. And regarding the mini giantess we still don't know if she is just a variation of the normal giantess or if there is something else involved.

LoL. Imagine missing out on a voluptuous, loving wife with gigantic breasts that can cook and choosing to be eaten alive instead.
I suspect mini giantesses are the giantess equivalent to dwarfism. I remember a mini giantess in Bel's route, drunk and pissed that Bel squished her clients. Shame that mc wasn't in that image, it made it pretty hard to scale how big Bel or the mini were at that time. Mini giantesses have been pretty rare so far.
