Were the calculations correct? I mean the weight of a giantess at a certain height? The ratio of the sizes of an average tiny and a giantess whose height is around 24-26 meters? Is it known how the developer made the calculations and what he relied on?
Pretty easy actually. Blue Whales. They measure up to maximum of 30 meters in length, and weigh up to 200 metric tonnes.

Now marvel at the revelation that giantesses were simply land whales this entire time. :Kappa:

Is it ever mentioned so far what the max size of the giantesses who can grow is? Guessing that one time Croixelle grew when Cygnia was doing that test with the crystal was not maximum. Any idea what is?

Which clan do you think she's part of?
I'm leaning towards Toreador.
She's too "humble" to be a Ventrue. Too "docile" to be a Brujah. Too "sane" to be a Malkavian. And too in touch with her humanity to be from most other clans.
Queen still grieving after her late husband after so much time had passed is the biggest sign of being a Toreador, really.

That's what I was also thinking as well. From the way she dresses, to the way she behaves and thinks, as well as how she speaks about him I'd say her husband was her obsession as well as her touchstone.

Yes, that wasn't the maximum (that's the same size her mother is in permanently). We don't really know but there was like an outdated profile info page that was thrown aroundd for a while here (don't have it on hand) that listed the max size for some guardians like Regina. I think it was retconned though.

Oh we finally get to see the mysterious leader of the war-crazed tribe in Lycalis (and she actually has an interest variable unlike her minions):

Tiny could, if he were able to gain the power to hold a blade of the appropriate size, capable of dispelling protective magic and cutting the giantess's flesh. Conventionally, a tiny one could sneak into the giantess's bedroom and do it when the giantess is sleeping, cut her throat. It would be enough to even critically damage the carotid artery. Tiny could also use gravity magic, throwing something at high speed and exactly at the right place on the body to kill the giantess. Something like a huge arrowhead. Perhaps what I wrote will not work, I do not deny that the conventions of "GG" are not all known and understood to me in full.

If you do the math, it's a bit more complicated. Basically, they are proportioned like thick, normal women, yet weigh 500 tons, and move around gracefully like agile human athletes. Since weight increases cubically, and muscle strength quadratically, and the actual leverage/torque of the body once again linearly, we can infer that a giantess is proportionally about 400 times stronger than a human. PROPORTIONALLY ! Imagine a woman that's 400 times stronger than a normal woman, then scale her to 25 meters ! All their body must be sturdy enough to withstand their own might: Tendons harder than steel. Veins that must resist tons of blood being pumped at high speed in a 25-meter circuit. When Marg blushes, it's a whole truck of blood being sent to her face, clearly at a sufficient speed to make her blush in real time and not in a slow crawl. Forget fighting them with weapons of any kind, the fact they can survive their own weight makes them almost immune to anything .
