I meant that normally people uploads which 2 routes the new update brings (which girls). Because for some reason it can't be seen on Patreon this time.
We will see how my bank account is feeling after rent and Silksong.

People got used to a luxury of having an update few days after release. It can easily be a week or even more before it gets here.

It's really not very scummy at all. Anyone who does buy once in awhile only when it's their favorite character is presumably in the discord from one purchase, and odds are they say the characters are updated in there. Any new buyers presumably dont give a shit about who gets updated.
The only people this would bother is pirates, which is arguably quite reasonable. Don't forget we ARE stealing paid content.

Nah fr i actually buy the updates sometimes if it's a character i really like.
And did they say who's in the patch in the discord? If the info is available to people who do that, I see no real issue with the change.

You have to sub first and then join tho of course you could stay while not being a paid member but feels weird.
I subbed for over a few years so its whatever at this point. I paid in more than the price of couple finished AAA games (or one paradox game with its DLC on steam sale 
) atp. Just not a fan of backing hard paywalled games in development for half a decade when I've got several others I like supporting and tossing a sub to cool new ones once in a while too.
