Can you get on Kive's route without cheating on Margarita?

You can totally do it without cheating. In fact, it is encouraged since Kive will be less interested in you if you cheat on Margarita with her since Kive is her best friend, but you have to let go of Margarita in order to reach her.

You can yeah, pick these choices when Kive offers you to touch her butt:
Make some distance --> You're beautiful Kive, but doing that would hurt Margarita --> I don't know
You then have to ask Margarita to stop later on to enter Kive's route

Now that the year is over, let's review how many times each route was updated in 2024. There were 18 routes that were regularly being updated (17 character routes + Timfalme) with 36 regular updates and 24 sponsored updates last year. I separated the 3 Timfalme sub routes in the table here but they should be considered as 1 route.

Overall it was fairly balanced with 14/18 routes getting at least 2 regular updates and the same amount receiving at least 3 updates overall.

Margarita, Madea and Naya were the real fan favorites. Those three alone got almost half of all the sponsored updates with the rest being spread across 9 other heroines.
Madea also seems to have inherited Bezvallienne's curse as her last 6 updates were all sponsored updates. She actually hasn't received any regular updates since 0.3.40 which was nearly a year and a half ago. Coincidentally, her first sponsored update was in 0.3.45 where she got updated along with ......Bezvallienne. Ironically enough, it was Bezvallienne's last sponsored update too .

The last few regular updates have seemingly tended towards routes with the longest time since last update, unless my brief reading of the data has missed a few. That would explain why Madea, a sponsor favorite, has the curse. This trend is broken by Naya, but that discrepancy can be attributed to needing to keep near Regina in the timeline.

Sponsors being anything goes would make them harder to predict, but I wonder if we could weight "time since last sponsor/update" with "average number of sponsors" to make some predictions about who the fans are eager for.

Could be interesting for any fellow data nerds.

fwiw, it isn't truly anything goes for sponsors. I believe they still have to confirm with the devs on which routes can be updated. Something about holding off on certain characters at certain story points... and for if, like, there is a parallel character story (ie Naya and Regina battling, Naya, Regina, and Sheina heading to Timfalme, etc.). Obviously Synanla isn't getting sponsored atm because they want to finish with Lamidania first.

No, You can sponsor any of the characters, Doesn't matter what point the character is at.. beside's Synanla, where they want to develop more of the continent more before starting the underwater kingdoms

I haven't looked into the data very thoroughly but here are some things I've noticed

• the most common gaps between regular updates are 4,5 and 6 months.
• Gaps of 3 months or less between regular updates are extremely uncommon.
• Gaps longer than 6 months only happen if the route was sponsored somewhere in between.
• The impact that sponsors have on the release schedule of a route varies a lot but generally more updates = longer delay.
