That's not why she says though. The reason she says that is because she thinks she's not doing a good enough job at protecting people as evidenced by the amount of people that are hostile to her in neutral territories even though she helps them. When the MC also becomes part of the people that become fearful of her, something snaps as evidenced by the fact that almost a subconscious state takes over her (i.e if I can push for more extreme measures to protect people, they will trust me and stop fearing me).
I agree that the intentions may come from some subconscious programs due to Eliette's biology, forcing her to get to extremes. This, however, does not change what I said earlier. She knows that she's hated by neutral territory population, she knows why, and when it comes to MC, she knows perfectly too, that he started to be afraid of her just because of another accident. Now look at her lines.

"We failed", "We strayed away from the true path", "I will not let our hope fade".
Who is WE in this situation? There is no WE or US, there is her and her clumsiness, but she bluntly ignores it, deciding to make herself a savior or something.
It would work if she said something like: "I failed, I tried to save you all", but there is a clear emphasis on we.

Also, being weak willed implies being unable to control biological impulses as well.

Also, clumsiness is not something that most people can fix especially considering she has a pretty good excuse of being an entirely different species beforehand.
It's not like I was blaming her for being that, but for trying to shift the blame to others. And the dumbest part of all, now that I think about it, is the fact that she had this protection spell all the time, which she could use at least once earlier in the route to not kill MC.

she is not weak neither will strength neither physical strength.
Her will is in fact weak. She's too kind for her own good. And, how paradoxical it may sound, the fact that she goes "biblical horror" is a proof to that. In that moment she loses her composure and follows her natural desire to help others. Instead of thinking rationally, she goes into "I'm saving you, please do not resist" mode.

Still, that doesn't make her less good...Does it?

That's vague, we don't really know what planned routes there are, only the devs. There's a bunch of interest points strewn around across at least a dozen characters without routes right now (Cygnalia, Mel, Ruvna...) and it's hard to imagine they're all getting routes.

That doesn't really contradict what I said though, whether planned/unplanned I don't think they will modify the current schedule to include even more routes in the update rotation. Otherwise the story is never gonna go anywhere.
Although I agree with you I think devs*(2 guys and its just insane) with what they already have on their plate is huge load adding another robust route it would be massacre. I would love to have sea route but there is a threat that when they would have too much work quality of their work will significantly suffer.

So, in your opinion, what is your favorite route so far?
The best girl is undoubtedly - Pyeka.
She's sweet with her friends and scary with her enemies, not to mention her route actually involves MC as an active perpetrator instead of the usual helpless bystander. Also, also, we get a human sized waifu on Pyeka's route, which is a cherry on top.

Second is Maryen.
Third is Margarita.
Fourth is Yakuu.
Fifth is Regina.

I'm probably not going to get into Giant Guardians until next year, so I haven't personally seen how the giantess routes are going yet.
So, you're inferring and making an opinion based on the thread rather than playing the game yourself? Not trying to bicker, just trying to clarify.

It's abundantly clear from an early part of her route that she already treats the MC differently. In both his borderline braindead slave route as well as his more defiant routes he does things for both paths that would have resulted in her killing others. Yakuu's grumpy demeanor is showing as being a cold tsundere/kuudere whose facade is finally starting to crack.

Eventually a loop of MC being braindead or whining in defiance with her "grumpy" attitude gets old. That was my main gripe with her path, which you seem to like? Idk. I find this to be a good development as its showing at least some nuance to her character.

Well, her impression is that she is not the only one responsible for neutrals' reaction considering they are hostile to all giantesses even the ones that help them, which is true (as evidenced by them accosting Maryen after saving them). In her ideal world she thinks if she goes all out and purges everyone that threatens humanity, they will finally accept them and stop being afraid of them. Or at least that's my impression of it.

Well, mine is different. I think that in her case it's some sort of ruthless, sort of machine logic. "If I can make people safe by being kind and helpful, I will be that way, if it's not enough, I will try harder. If it's still not enough, I will do it by force. No cost is too high when completing my objective."
It's actually really cool how they showed Eliette stepping over human ethics because she's not a human at all, yet this whole idea just breaks when she starts blaming everyone around for her own issues lol.

Depends on what you mean by the word good. Healing those in need is good? Yes. Forcefully ending undead's live is good (purification armies)? Not really. Messing with MC's mind to rid him of fear is good? No.
The problem with black and white sides of things is that their actions, if not having any counterbalance, in the end would rather be grey at best.
