If the Giant Guardians exist in the real world how much damage will they cause

A lot, but not too much.
They'll probably get integrated into human society sooner or later. Not as unchallenged overlords though, our military tech is advanced enough to combat them.

I'd like to see the look on Naya's face after she gets pummeled with 50 tomahawk missiles. Don't forget that a poke from a wooden spike was apparently enough to kill/decapitate her (when she fought with Regina).

Hard to say without knowing the extent of their magic shields. Do those shields make them completely immune to non-magic infused attacks or is there a certain capacity limit?

That wasn't really just a regular stake, I'm pretty sure it was magic infused in some way. Otherwise it wouldn't add up with what Kendra said about requiring a large amount of magic to injure them.

So, in your opinion, what is your favorite route so far?

This is a tough one for me because I have different criteria I rate them by.
Sheina is best for me for horni stuff, she's the closest to what Harumunia had with the casual-but-not-cruel lewdness she'd treat you with, and the clothing entrapment- fuck, this game is missing that so much.

Regina is the best for me for if I had a choice for which giantess I would choose to be with if I were isekaid into that world. Her views on morality most closely align with my own, and she's just a really kind woman- if all giantesses were like her that world would be an objective paradise.

Honorable mentions with a good mixture are Vai'klis and Diula, the romance is so sweet. Diula whimpering over the thought of no longer having the MC with her got me a bit misty-eyed too, and Vai'klis explaining how much your presence helps her is really touching as well.

Instead of theorizing about who would win or survive in the modern world (which obviously modern humans would win), I would be more interested in the Girls' reaction to the modern world. To think about how their ways of thinking would directly clash with the modern world.

How Regina would see the extreme logging of forests, resurrecting extinct animals or what would completely traumatize her, how chicken nuggets and factories are created that would leave Timfale as a village.

Licalys and Virindise's way of thinking of having sex indiscriminately, when it is already frowned upon here.

Elliete to see how people question their own faith when they do not know their origin or see how this world does not present deities in sight. (I did not know how to express this idea but I tried to present it as well as possible).

Yakuu seeing a country similar to her home region, or seeing how people so pathetic to her would literally create a giant-killing weapon with something so small for its size (obviously referring to the atomic bomb).

Croixille with racism between humans just because of skin difference.

but for me, Naya could very well act like this:

The most shocking revelation for most giantesses would be that slavery is outlawed in most countries.

On the topic of faith though, Pyeka absolutely would try to posture herself as a living goddess, and try to establish a new religion that worships her.

Fucking cartels have armored vehicles and rocket launchers. Proper military of most countries is capable of dealing with any sort of fantasy bullshit short of Sun suddenly going supernova (which will kill all giantesses too, but who cares about that).

Because the laws of our worlds drastically differ: the giantesses' weakness is magic and no amount of traditional physical weapons is likely to penetrate that. It's like saying traditional weaponry can beat Titans in AoT (it didn't, the Titans just regened through it), or Giant Great Apes in DBZ (traditional weapons are a joke to 99% of the DBZ cast); and that's only on the defensive side. On the offensive side, the giantesses are likely capable of WMD capabilities thanks to their magical abilities (the reason we don't get to see Regina and Naya go all out that is because it would lead to an insurmountable death toll).

Now unless you're stripping them of pretty much everything that makes them strong and basically turning them into "big humans" (as Kendra says), there's pretty much no way in hell I see modern conventional weaponry working against them.
