I have not played it yet but as far as I know for the second route of Kive you should be willing to cheat on Margarita when you are working on the farm and Kive is trying to seduce you however you should stop her when she tries to seduce you at the capital that way she won't trust you completely then just tell Margarita that your feeling aren't same with her when she confronts you between her boobs and the game should change to Kive route.
Kendra, Maryen, Kive for .92, and Orpelith and Timfalme for .91
