Kive last image is used over the fourth image if her interest is below 7 or you were unfaithful to Margarita. You're not missing out on anything for this last image as it's just the first 3 images but you're closer to her but still on the ground.

My bad, the last image won't show due to a bug where it shows the fourth image instead of the correct fifth image when the criterias mentioned were met. The cg displayed is listed as 4 instead of 5 in the script.
