I believe that every giantess, to one degree or another, has a latent urge to destroy and dominate tiny creatures, including in rather cruel ways. By the way, to get to know Maryen better — I mean, the more real, frank, and sincere — you need to encourage her "dark side" and create a sense of comfort in relationship with MC

That's a little extreme. Humans do have free will. While we are bound by certain sensations such as sexual desire, they don't rule over our conscious ability to make decisions. There is no part of the human genome which dictates our decision making process - our decisions are our own.

Why is Kive at the bottom. Sure she doesn't flirt with you a ton but her story is by far and above the most interesting, self contained one.

Not to mention a lot of giantesses like Margie, Kive, Elliette show no tendency for destruction at all. Like it's not some primal urge they have to fight all the time!

The only dual routes i am playing right now are Margarita's (Wholesome and Yandere) and Eliette's (Wholesome and 'Saviour' Angel)

Does someone knows this?.

I would like to try that route but idk where it starts.

Is it just me, or is the protagonist dating Maryen a lot more fulfilling than whatever is going on with Margarita? It feels earned, because it's been SO long since they've met and they've spent so much time together. Margarita's whole thing kinda happened in a day and you aren't super romantic, it's mostly sexual.

That is what I am talking about in both Margarita and Bevzy if you are going to give us the full emotional development in the first 30 minutes of the story then a romance would get monotone and linear from that moment on. İn fact what game calls "slow burn romance" with Vai'Klis and Madea is at the perfect burning speed of romance if you ask to me.

Regardless of whether you believe in free will or not, what is true is that vast aspects of human psychology are not purely nature (genetics) or nurture (environment), but a mixture of both woven together like the threads of a net. This shows up again and again in psychology studies and experiments. If we then apply this to your premise that giantesses have a similar psychology to humans, then giantesses too are influenced by their environment, history, culture, economic conditions, and family structures just as much as they are influenced by any latent urge or instinct. So the environmental influence on, say, a Keiseima giantess to treat tinies as those in need and help them is at least about as strong as any supposed latent urge to dominate and destroy them.

Well slow burn romance almost always feels more meaningful.

I really really really want to find out what happens with her mom... I hope it's not a sad ending, though that feels too much to ask

It's not just you. It makes sense. Margie's my fav because her philosophies and obsession with destiny and happy endings is exactly how I am, so she works well for me personally. That being said, I can totally see how her fast progression could be unappealing to some ppl

Just for reference I have not played far enough in her storyline as I wait for a lot of updates on a single character to accrue till I play them, so I maybe up to halfway through her storyline at this point, I have up to Kive trying on her dresses. So maybe it is better, but up to the point i've played, nothing has really happened with her.
