I second that Nyxmay is at the minimum, so far, yes, that's the most accurate comparison.
Nyxmay has a hyper-obsession with blood, as I understand it. For Maryen, blood is more of something she tries to avoid. Femdom, teasing, pressure, and the MC's attempts to somehow fight and resist the inevitable, using the MC as some kind of thing belonging only to her within the framework of sexual games, the fact that MC trusts her with his life — yes, Maryen, that definitely excites and arouses her
She clearly wants to try a lot more and has probably fantasized about it before, feeling guilty about it in the past.
There's something in common that particularly excites Nyxmay and Maryen in their interactions: MC's personality and how they express themselves as they get to know each other and spend time together

That's interesting. I also liked the characters that have explicit affection for the MC (Elliette, Mayren, Nyxmay (even if it's in a twisted way), etc...), but I was not super fond of Duila's route. I see the appeal in her innocence and sympathetic backstory, but some of her physical characteristics, in addition to her cognitive abilities (or lack thereof), made it difficult for me to really immerse myself and enjoy her story. I could also chalk it up to the fact that I played her route toward the back end of my playthrough, after I had already become invested in other characters and story lines.
Also, it is probably the fact that she is very innocent and cognitively slow that makes me a little uncomfortable/unimmersed and disconnected with her more sexual scenes/side. A romantic (and sexual) relationship with such a person just does not appeal to me personally. Did you perceive her mental faculties differently?
