The game tend to get repetetive since almost nothing changes which can kill replayability. It is lacking content with only two enemies and 4 animations + 1 birthing.

Anyway, still this game got something. Maybe its just that the few things it has are done well. The excitment when trying to run away from the enemies. The struggle to not get impregnated. Simple but effective visuals. Certainly, if you are not into insects or this running away style games, then you will waste your time here. But if you like it, this game has something to offer and there is only one big downside and that it was finished way too early while wasting lot of potential.

    I love insects, but...
It feels like the developer made the game in 1-2 days.

It's just a running simulator with a beautiful main character.

    – Animations only 2 and they leave much to be desired
    – Inconvinient camera
    – Bugs

If you play on basic or high difficulty – quietly can occur situations when two insects jump one after another and there is not even a chance to escape.
You have to restart the game.

The game is boring and goofy.
    Not worth the time spent.
One star just for the niche fetish. Otherwise you should give it less than one star.

Breed Laboratory is three times better.
But even so, it is far from the title of “Good Game”.

    TLDR
    A student project
No Thanks even discount would be expensive

    Gameplay
Walk and run simulator around white boring room
The insects are too fast and hide away from it

    Sex scene
Very slow sex way too long
    Insect rape
    Insect birth

Nice game! I like it! Insects, and pregnancy, what you need! Please continue! Of course, the game is not perfect in some aspects, but there are practically no such games! So I'm really looking forward to the updates!

I'm always down for insect impregnation, and I am quite fond of redheads - but beyond scratching those two itches for me, there isn't a great deal to recommend this game. What's here is perfectly well done; animation is fluid and while perhaps the MC could react a bit more while being impregnated, there's just not that much content here. It's perfectly playable as a "stealth around your adversaries" exercise, but the environment is very same-y and uninspired, and there's no real justification as to why the MC is in this predicament.

Put another way: this would be a very nice skeleton for a much more elaborate, and more more compelling, game.

Until I saw it on DL site I thought this was just an example of someone with no experience in unity trying to make something to fill their particular preference. As that it's a decent effort as a first draft or early demo.

As something that's actually trying to cash in on something this basic it's a hard pass unless you're really REALLY into this variety and don't know how to find any porn not on DL site.

Alright, so for whatever reason I decided to try out GIL - Giant insect Research Institute. I guess it just looked weird enough to try out. Evidently this game wasn't my kind of thing - which was expected.

To like this game you must have a... peculiar taste. Which is fine, nothing there. I will try to make a review that isn't biased around the fact that I didn't like the H content, although it of course will play a role in rating the game.

I rarely give just 1 star, but this one deserved it. The game has no story - you play as a girl who is stuck in an area infected with large insects who wants to rape you. That's about it. From here you must make it out of the location. The location itself varies between office-like areas and warehouse type settings. This is one of the major negative aspects of the game: it look incredibly bland and all the areas look the same. It's the same color layout, more or less same setup and it's the same enemies too.

This makes it very hard to know what way to go. The game never provides you directions, most of the signs are in Chinese and it all looks the same. It's generally incredibly uninspiring to walk around in.

The H content too becomes repetitive. I only ever found two types of enemies; wasps and flies, and they act the same and do the same. This part is also not that interesting; you can struggle free and try to run. Though there is not really anything else to do. If you cannot escape then the insect will penetrate you and eventually make you pregnant - which then overtime brings you to giving birth to a smaller insect.

There's really not much to the game. So, if you like games with very little content, but with sneak/hide aspects and simultaneously are into insects, then this game is for you.

    It didn't sway me.

To break it down for fast(er) reading:
    The good:
    • You might like this, if you have a fetish for insects.
    The in-between:
    • There's a pregnancy aspect, which is cool. But it is unfortunately quite shallow.

    The bad:
    • Bland art
    • All locations look the same
    • Few types of enemies and they act the same
    • No story
    • Very little content.
    • No directions makes it hard to know where to go - especially considering how it all looks the same.

Having played this game before, This game holds a fetish niche for a hentai game, while I am a bit biased since this game fits my fetishes, the gameplay overall is poor. While it isn't terrible or frustrating to go throughout the game, since the premise of the game is simply "avoid insect and be sneaky while you escape" actually playing through to win rather than to fap is not even worth it considering that there are only 2 enemies, each having 2 sex scenes depending on the direction it catches you from, the birthing mechanic is the better part of the sex for me, although the offspring just following you instead of actively growing or mating with you is a missed opportunity. the last update this game got was around 3-4 years ago as of writing, so no new content will be showing up any time soon, it is worth playing once if you get turned on by it, but actually playing to win is your own decision.
