I didn't see another thread for this. I have been playing this via mtool and it is really only fine. When you get the ladies pregnant you only see it on the inspection screen, it is not reflected in sex scenes. Also when you take them to give birth there is no CG for it, simply a black screen. Not quite the pregnancy fetish satisfying milf game I was hoping for.
