Not even that much. You lose clothes as you take damage, and you get scenes after you complete missions. Nothing directly in the gameplay, really.

Actually, not even that much. You are not the girldiver, you just "command" them. So THEY lose clothes and THEY have sex after missions, while you watch. It's like playing a round of overwatch as Mei, then looking up Mei rule34 as a "reward".
