CaptC is a true hero and is sharing a lot of those packs on his personal Mega account. Look at his signature for the links to what he's sharing.
The post containing the lists isn't updating anymore. It has been replaced by scutterhut.
However some links do expire and we will find out when someone notifies us. usually some of us (well, CaptC to be honest, or the original creator) that have the pack in question will share a new link.
I added to the Ariella Ferrera pack that was available. you should just do a fresh download of this pack since it was only expanded upon

Thanks for the nice words.I am really impressed with all the Girlpacks made and such. Great appreciation for those who are maintaining old ones and updating them for newer version of TUSC. Excellent job on the new database. Only gripe with the new database it is harder to search anything specific. I do love how on each girl it shows multiple links and which one is which. With so many packs to keep track of it is very well organized and cleaner looking overall.
Scutterhutdev no longer updates the database itself, but a few of us keep updating the data within it. I agree that the search functions are a little lacking. We used to get by using google, like "girlpacks.scutterhut.com vanessa cage" to find the packs for specific women, but ... something has happened such that this no longer consistently works for me.

Mechanically, while in the game, this typically happens because none of the available girls are willing to perform the action. The workarounds are:
1) Hit escape, and turn off auto assignments to booths.
2) If you DO have girls that will do the action (they are typically outlined in green in the column where they wait on deck), use TAB to select the willing girl.
3) Hit escape, go to the main menu, and reload an appropriate save. Then assign girls that will get through the night without clogging things up. If necessary, run a night or two with no girls at all, to let the willing girls get enough energy.
From your description, the problem might also be that there are no clips of the type required in a particular girlpack. The solution is to find scenes where she does whatever is being asked for, cut them into 30ish second chunks, and add them to the correct directory. In cases where the performer never performed such actions, some poetic license might be necessary.
