Does anyone have any experience with converted files in Shotcut? I got that popup saying that my video had a variable framerate which was not good for editing, and asked if I wanted to convert it. I chose the option that was in between lossy and lossless, and the resulting file was almost 17GB. Now my computer is not letting me delete it, even though Shotcut is closed.

That's rough! I paid for the full version of Bandicut so I don't get the extra few seconds of add on each clip. It works great for me.

I was using PowerDirector before this, but it doesn't play well with webm, and I like how you can step through the frames with the scroll wheel in Shotcut. There are some things I still don't like about it, but it does the basics well enough. I don't think I would ever try to do any serious editing with Shotcut, though (I've made a couple fan-edits of actual movies in PD). That's why it was so bizarre to me when he said I should switch to something simpler. Like, I honestly don't think I would ever bother to use Shotcut for anything I couldn't do in Windows Live Movie Maker.

Granted, but I actually first started using Shotcut as a means to modify webm files from other existing girlpacks, because PowerDirector can't import webm files either. Well, maybe newer versions can. I snagged a good deal for PowerDirector 15 on Humble Bundle, and never bothered to upgrade. Apparently the newest version is a subscription model, there doesn't seem to be any way to pay a flat fee for it.

Hello everyone, I've asked this in the main Venus Club thread, but someone pointed out that this thread might be more active and relevant for this question.
Would anyone in the Venus Club girlpack community particularly mind if I converted the content of some of these packs as part of mods for another game (Corrupted Academy)? Completely non-comercial use and all. Don't want to step on anyone's toes and Scuttherhut doesn't have any modder's name attatched to the links, so this is more of a question about community etiquette.

I speak only for myself, but feel most pack makers feel the same. Go ahead and use what you would like, any of the packs I have made are fair game for use.
I would agree with that statement as well. After all, none of us own the original content, and are just cutting up clips and organizing it a different way for our own purposes.
I stole everything I put into the packs I made.
I can't really cry foul if someone uses for something else!
Anything I created, you're welcome to use in any way you wish. If you want of list of the packs I created, let me know and I'll send it your way.

A large number of packs are either converted from or have been converted to a format for TUSC, anyways. Almost anyone who would say no probably has no room to judge.
