Well the game is mostly just a porn randomizer anyway. I still find it surprisingly replayable though.
That's the best thing about having so many variations of girlpacks available. The game has the same mechanics but it can be as different as you want it to be every single replay.

Are you sure? Checked a couple videos and it looks like Alina Lopez. Same tat underneath her right arm. Alison Avery has some sort of leopard print tat on her left shoulder.

I've been considering making one later, but I haven't been able to find a ton of available content, especially with the group category. There's enough to make due, but it'll probably be lacking in variety in a few categories. Thing is, if I made it it would exclude pretty much all of her post-plastic surgery scenes, and I don't know if that's what most people want, so I don't want to call dibs or anything.
