The idea is good, but the gameplay should be improved because it feels too easy and slow, also some units like Lisa and the hammer are immortal when you put 2 or 3 in the same row.

Sorry my eye might have slipped on some comments.Why don't you answer my comment that quickly
#1. We are trying to add as much content as we can. But you have to keep in mind that both of us have full time jobs so its difficult to dedicate enough time on this project and keep a healthy amount of freetime at.
#2. We kind of lowballed the difficulty so everyone can enjoy it. We might notch up the difficulty on later content.

Being able to change the game speed would be a nice feature, adding an indicator for which lane the first enemy will appear from would also help a bit these types of games always end up about efficiency and because of how slowly you generate resources at the start you end up having to hang back waiting to see what appears first or risk getting an instant game over I managed to beat every level and the only times I managed to fuck up and lose was getting bum rushed very early on by spiders because I was caught with either no cash or waiting on cool downs. I'm pretty sure there is a bug relating to spiders too every so often i noticed that the girls would attack a retreating spider rather than one that is aproaching basically rendering the entire lane defenseless until the retreating spider despawns.

Lisa too OP,
She is not only deal more damage than Rey,
But also can hit multiple enemies.
Making Rey become so useless when you can buy Lisa.
Just need to deploy one Rey on each row at the beginning,
then Lisa come out, no more Rey.
Really, Lisa too OP.
Might need to nerf/do come change on Lisa or buff Rey.

Money wouldn't be a problem when you deploy at least 2 XI per row,
Middle of game, deploy XI to be the wall instead of Vanda would be a good choice.
Be greedy, deploy as more as XI at beginning.
Rey could also tank some damage.
Remember, at the beginning,
Deploy Rey in front of XI when the alien is 3-4 field close to your XI.
Otherwise, use money to deploy XI.
Never put XI at the first column.

I agree that Lisa is highly overpowered and makes rey useless but I counter argument: early game she sucks.
just as having the repeater makes the peashooter worthless, if you're using repeaters early game (unless you have the potato mine aka han) you waste time, lawnmowers, and potentially sunflowers, just to cover 1 lane.
Rey is good early game and Lisa is good mid game, Lisa should not be nerfed

"Unlocking" characters actually does nothing.
I would suggest reducing the multi-shot ranged's time by 5 or so. Maybe even the cost.
Would also suggest making the cash collection automatic. Having to click across the screen to collect when you are getting swarmed feelsbadman.
Please remove the function of the Escape key to close the game. Normally, it should pop up the pause menu.
