There is no way to keep Saboru Nobunaga captive as far as I am aware. Her escape is scripted and IIRC independent from other conditions like capturing other seedbeds.

How To Prevent Saboru Nobunaga from escaping:
Delay 2 days after she gave birth to the goblins
Don't rape and birthing her nonstop or she will escape
That's how you keep saboru in the burrow

Brought the gallery / guidebook for sengoku goblin.

Peperoncino with an upcoming game. In Summer 2025.. Jun-Aug Release.
Something about wives? 2 of them are cameo. Then again timeline-era.

Judging by the Logo and food stuff might be adventurer inn.

And there is sengoku 4th DLC in making too.

So probably stories about Pepe's past heroines, if they didn't get gob'ed. One in particular that I realized is the samurai from Goblin Burrow.

Font issue. Try changing it in the top menu. Otherwise, it could be an issue with whatever emulator you're using and the fonts it has available.
