DLC 4 doesn't add any new seedbeds into the normal loop of the game. Instead, it adds a bunch of side stories unrelated to game progression. These are available from the top right of the title screen. My apologies for being very bad at graphic design!

I am not sure this is actually the last DLC? There are two seedbeds in the game files who haven't been introduced. Could it be they plan on one more secret DLC?

So, I bought the game and also downloaded your version of the game (because you separate the data files and I can access them easier), and I noticed that in my full game, 井伊直正 (Ii Naomasa) and 真田幸村 (Sanada Yukimura) have their opening, ending, event, and ero-scene voice lines, but your translated version only includes their ero-scene background loops and system lines. In short, you're missing voice lines from the DLC 3 characters. Looking at the updates for DLC 3, you're missing the last update that finished adding the rest of their voice lines in. DLC4 specifies that you don't need DLCs 1-3 purchased/fully updated to get it, so you probably missed the final DLC 3 updates.

Would you be fine with updating your version of the game and adding them in? If not, I can try to figure out how to extract them from my own Japanese game.

It does have skill evolution. I should probably put those in the guide I guess. From what I recall, most of them are dog shit so it isn't super relevant.

You need to attack at least once to trigger the event. It can open automatically, but it takes a long time. On the third day, there should be a pink-haired loli.

Yes. Several evolutions require Nobunaga's appearance to trigger.

Yes. New game has already been announced, and DLC 4 was announced as the final DLC. That being said, there are two more seedbeds in the game files which were never added. I was mistaken, there are no characters left in the game files, just incomplete entries for one seedbed and one alt introduced in DLC4 reflecting their being outside the normal gameloop.

I double checked and I am wrong. The seedbeds introduced in DLC 4 are the two missing characters. They were just not added to the regular game so their line in the defines is a stub. Character 339 is Shimazu, who has her own IF story, and 340 is Hideyoshi in the alternate world where the goblins invade the world from Japan.
