0.7 update is out, now with an "enemy" that you beat in a mini-game. She doesn't move and there's no consequences for missing over and over...

0.8 adds 2 galleries that's unlocked from the start. One for the dev and one for fans. Outside of a little bonus you can see of what's there in the dev's gallery within 10 minutes of play.

Why wouldn't they just post the game on SubscribeStar or something instead of Itch? Trying to force your product onto a platform that's being put into a stranglehold by credit card companies isn't going to ever work out. Seems like a strange reason to declare the game dead in the water.

I know it must be demotivating, but surely there's better methods of handling the situation than just giving up.

looked cute at first, but in reality what a nothingburger of a game... entire game is like 4 (good)sprites and grind of numbers for bigger numbers
