there's actually blowjob cells in the game, if you go in the save file search for "unlock":{ and inside you'll find "pleasure":[2.0] . add 5.0 to this array and you'll unlock it. not sure if there are other "hidden cells"

Yes.

Note that you can send all (or all except 1) of your goblins raiding, and then manage the breeding in peace.
Pleasure stalls also help, as they basically improve mood without any additional effort on your part.

It does actually, but it isn't exactly clear on that front.
When you start a raid, it lists hostile forces in both the front and the rear - you have to overcome both to win. So assigning two gobbos in the front row and two in the back row should be enough.

To win a raid you have to have enough units in the front and the back of the formation.
