I've heard that Steam has been strict with its restrictions recently, so I was worried that it might be removed, but I'm very grateful that it was released as planned. (Given the subject matter...)

We don't know when it will be deleted, so be sure to try it out before it's deleted!

Seeing how this stuff has turned out in the past, it's unlikely it's a 'complete' version. Maybe we'll get the DLC seperately eventually, but there's never a guarantee.

What IS pretty much a guarantee is that you won't be able to plug the JPN DLC into the EN game. So once you finish the EN base version, you'll have to restart the game from scratch in the OG game to get to the DLC. Since overall, saves ain't transferable from localized version to the OG.
