Seeking Good detailed sims

Looking with in depth sim mechanics.

Like getting fucked too much makes you loose, getting STDs, over stimulation, ect ect.

Male MC would be preferred but not needed.

That basically means text-based. Try these, though Girl Life is probably the most detailed adult life-sim. For something with male-MC, there's Degrees of Lewdity (you can set the sex of NPCs too), but it's a simulation of a fucked-up town where gangrape is fairly common.
