Good game for MacOS

If you know of games that run on MacOS pls link it. Preferably not Ren'pys but it's whatever. Thanks!

Also, is there anyway to look for specifically MacOS compatible games? Like a filter or something

Any renpy game will run on OSX with minimal effort (and most of them have OSX ports). On the other side, Unity makes it quite easy to port the game; Love of Magic certainly runs fine.

The only caveat you might get is that some Windows devs don't set the +X execution privileges, so you manually have to do that on your side.

Renpy: all. If not compiled for Mac, simply run it via the ren'py launcher. Don't even have to recompile.
RPGMaker MV: compatible if running mojave or earlier. (I've vaguely heard there are problems with catalina. not sure.)
Unity: maybe as noted above.
Flash, Java, HTML games: self explanatory...
