To re-enable the command and developer consoles (Shift + O and Shift + D), which have been disabled since v23, you can follow the instructions shown in this

And, once renamed, put it in the \game directory (in the case of v25 alpha for example GoodGirlGoneBad-0.25ALPHA-pc\game), along with the others .rpy files (for those who play the game in the "raw version" after unpacking the scripts.rpa file with UnRen) or the scripts.rpa file (for those who play the game in the original version).
It works for me in both cases...

It's a bug. It will probably be fixed in the BETA or FINAL version.
