I always try to reply to this kind of message, the main reason being that it gives me so much satisfaction to see that everything we do is appreciated greatly. Negative reviews on the game, while they may have pissed me off at one time, now seem less of a problem. People complain, rightly or wrongly, but all too often because the story being told isn't going in the direction they'd like.
- But you can't please everyone.
- The game is still in early access, so there's a lot to come.
- I'm not perfect, so I can make mistakes and bad choices.
- If criticism is constructive and often points to a particular element, I always take it into account.
NTR will never be present in the game, but it would be interesting to see what the exact definition of this term is. There's a disclaimer at the game's launch that probably nobody reads, but here's an extract that might interest you.
"During your adventure, your choices will have an impact on those around you, so if you reject a character several times, expect them to go elsewhere."
These routes aren't a priority, I'm trying to advance the story line before tackling them. So let me be clear, future routes may emerge in the near future, or if a character is rejected, ignored or not taken seriously, the story may take a turn that will leave many snowflakes with negative reviews.
Finally, I'd always make it a point of honor to offer quality scenes and animations, handmade by real artists rather than lowering quality or going through an AI, a choice that in some ways does me a disservice because the development time is longer.
Thanks again for your message Jeycii_ I'll keep doing what I love
