Further story progression. 4 new characters (3 new girls).
New CGI but no new Hscenes.
And some changes to Asami routes.

Additionally, Asami has new story lines, and such, making her more deep. You should be able to grow closer to her by these. New playthrough recommended. As for scenes, Asami does have two new hentai scenes, one being the love route and the other the corruption route.

No, sorry, I didn't even try to search because my main device for games of this genre is my phone. But I can try
