This is a pretty fair take whether we like it or not. At the end of the day it's your game and you decide what to do with it. I personally thought it was okay. Pretty softdom but it wasn't bad. However, I'd still say taking criticism (the constructive comments, anyways) into consideration could help satiate the majority, or at least prove that you tried to listen and considered other options.

He also absolutly failed to communicate about what by "adding femdom" means.

feels like the femdom events in the earlier build (when it just had the footjob tease and noriko treating MC like a dog) were made when RNGesus was in like a different state of mind for the game, like the game was way more edgy back then (12 y.old chiaki in a porn game, everyone's horrible fates being told to you as you see em) and later down the line the idea around noriko was changed for something more "mature" and the 1st footjob tease events weren't changed at all for .... reasons i guess
if this pattern of "story teases something but changes its mind 1 year later" continue and worsens the longer a character goes between the moment they're introduced and the moment they have their own arc ... then i'm sorry for Natsume and Chiaki fans (though with a bit of luck, Noriko's arc might be the worst offender in this category)

Yes, pirates are generally seen as bad. Just as your content is seen as just "bad" by some it isn't eintirely true because your animations are gorgeous and you have done a very good job if only you didn't put the new content under the femdom genre.
Here are my reasons to why pirates aren't all that bad either.:
You gave the perfect example as to why ppl who adore the rare femdom genre don't invest in these games.
This femdom content is disappointing as i said for earlier reasons and if i was a Patreon fan i would be short of +/-100EUR for waiting all this time just to be disappointed and now imagine this for so many other games doing the same as your game. The distrust is real and any new dev. has to prove themselves first.
Some who live in poverty or some countries can't cough up the money you ask for the game. In the west we see it as not much but that isn't everywhere. COD doesn't cost the same in the west as anywhere else, you just don't have that kind of reach, research and backing to create variable prices like that. There are external offices you could hire for that but you would lose a huge part budget and for what? I don't blame you for this but i tell you this so you can understand why people pirate.

If you want less pirates, hire a professional marketing team because right now your game travels based on a few paying customers but mostly on pirates promoting your game mouth to mouth. Don't bite the hand that feeds you by making comments like these.
You know what this game needs? NTR. That makes money and people will pay for it. Pirates complain but they are not the costumers. It will never stop being funny how people are unironically "threatening" devs with dropping the game, bitch you are not paying either way lmao.
So, other than the obvious game engine change, is Noriko's femdom path the only major update to the story for this release?

Both arts (mentioned before Norikos foot in face is an instant classic and still one of the best femdom pics I've ever seen) and animations seem to regress with the story progress.
Those Noriko and Yasuka sex scenes from side view - really?
Dev is discovering his bi side maybe, but I don't like having half of the scene covered with naked dude. And it is waaay less forgiving to not the best skills of RNG making them look like cheap ad of mobile game. Because of the proportions and shading.
Up to the finale of Sakuya arc this whole game is like completely different one from what's added next.
180 turn on the plot, themes, and sadly, quality of drawings.

Literally every download option I've clicked on prompts me to download an EXE instead of a zip, now this may be how the dev wants to ship the game, but I am not comfortable downloading an EXE, is there a reason it's in this format and not zip now?
