Google Drive quota workaround

If you encounter a file on Google Drive that can't be downloaded due to quota, you can use this workaround to download it:

1. Login to your Google account.
2. On your Drive page, create or upload a dummy file and add it to Starred files. You don't have to store it in a folder named Dummy like I did.
3. On the preview page for the file to download, add to your Starred files.
4. On your Drive page, open the Starred folder.
5. Select the dummy file and the file you want to download... and download.
