On the topic of wanting to have some consequences, it could probably be done a bit differently, because you are mostly painting the MC as a "strong willed man", that does not let others walk all over him (the star example is his way of treating Katana). For him to lay so strongly into Katana, with him trying to hit her with reality check, just to turn into an utter whimp in basically a second, does not make real sense to me. It is even weirder in the context of the MC saying something along the lines of "I won't let you blackmail me" or something after refusing the 20k$ blackmail. That said, it might be just me not being able to see any real plausibility even with some "mental gymnastics".
After all that was said, I still think there should be an ability to just not let them in the house, maybe if it was done via "I have surprise for you, close your eyes" type of thing, but there should be the ability to just say no to her even after that and kick her out, maybe have a serious talk with Jessa after that and that would be it. Again, just me probably ranting on about it, because of personal reasons.
On the note of me being upset, yeah, I was upset, but that was before I had some sleep. I was a bit tired and agitated and after having some sleep I just said "F it" and went along with it, no need to change it because I usually play the game from the begining after two or more releases, so no need to do anything, I will just hopefully remember it the next time I play the game.
