Maybe missed an Update? that sounds like you missed the V0.43 update and used the update patch for V0.44.
Did you already try to download the complete Part 3 and the Mod again?

My last save is when they fall asleep at the spa. Asami and Shizuka. Did i miss update after that?

No that should be the end of V0.43, I'd recommend a fresh download of part3 and looking if that fixes it other than that I don't know.

Don't forget, they fall asleep at the spa two straight updates ... and there's a plus-1 in the last update, so I think he did miss one
