"Good writing" is subjective, so what I think is passable may be abyssmal to you. That being said, here are some that I personally like:
High-Rise Climb - very grindy, but the story is pretty decent, and the renders are good.
Solvalley School - it's been a very, very, long time since I last touched this game, but I don't remember it being bad (unless you don't like the art style).
Glamour - if you start as the male character, it's literally a re-make of his older game "Big Brother". The female start is also completely different (might even consider calling it another game entirely) so that's worth checking out as well if you're into Fem-protag games.
And finally, we have
Love & Sex: Second Base... it's got some world building, but it's not "story driven".
I will warn you: They're all sandbox games, and they can all be very grindy. Highrise and LS:SB have cheat mods to help lessen the grind (things like cheating money), and Glamour has a guide on how to cheat money, but it's a bit complicated.
