Seeking Great RPG Games

I'm looking for great rpg games, that just so happen to have sex in them. Games like The Eldrid Saga, stuff like that.. RPGM is preferable, I do want the full game experience, but it isn't necessary, I know there are some equally good Ren'Py rpg games as well. Japanese (ex. Fallen ~Makina and the City of Ruins~), or otherwise (ex. The Eldrid Saga) does not matter much to me, just looking for something that has a good storyline (nothing like, you are the champion of lust, go around to other villages and spread your holy seed) with some quasi-realistic sex scenes. Thank you in advance for any help and suggestions you may have

Roundscape can be a little extreme for some tastes, The last sovereign is text only sex but it's worth playing even without the sex IMO

Peasant's quest is a nice RPG with sex content.. it can honestly be played as an rpg, the MC is a peasant that is just trying to make a living. and since plowing the fields doesn't pay that well he decides to travel around. all the girls are optional and you might even kill some by accident. it has pregnancy it it and by current update the MC can have up to 7 children

that definitely sounds interesting. and the pregnancy thing is a good touch, is it a jap. game? I don't know many western games that actually have pregnancy in them

Pronant Symphony's good route has almost no sex scenes until the very end.
Very good story about moral choices, great puzzles and great dungeon-crawling elements.
