Personally I'd love if the goddess if you beat her with the card in the inventory results in you being able to use her ability to gift size/etc without insitgating the boss fight again.

Thought it was odd that GIFTING height was seen as someone being greedy with the powers. Would be cool if the dialogue is akin to her realizing you were helping others with the powers/etc maybe. Would be cool imo.

Also, who is she getting mad about you using the size powers.... they aren't hers to get mad over you using in the first place as the "first" giantess explains.

Well, a Goddess will never admit that it isn't her power right?
A goddess wouldn't believe in a higher power since they think they are the highest power.

if that makes sense?

Unaware of it then. Maybe using the first giantess card in combat can cause a dialogue shift/altered outcome? Maybe in the "New Game+" it causes her to concede and go back to having the player aiding others again?

Just thought it was an odd reason she would turn on the player when you're gifting height to others.

Had some questions using the v8.6 edition.

1. What is the strategy for both the fairy and the succubus side quest to complete them? The Fairy quest feels like a lot grinding and luck with their specific deck, and I though NickSav mentioned that quest was jacked up somehow. The succubus quest ends up with the generals hitting you for 1/3 - 1/2 your health every turn, debuff you for multiple rounds where your max mana is reduced so you can't play the stronger cards, and they get permanent health/height boosts after defeating you. I believe completing their quests unlocks their deck packs at the shop, but I cannot figure out how to beat them without those decks and I am prevented from using more helpful cards such as stomp due to their tactics.

2. Is there a way to unlock the progression portraits for the casino ladies or is that unavailable at this time? I see their listings in the CG gallery with a 1 of 5 ( or similar ) but no clue how to advance them individually.

3. How exactly do you unlock Lucille ( the scientist lady )? In the past she showed up late to the contest ( like after 10+ days) but nothing I've tried seems to make her join in this version.

Also, thank you NickSav for making this game.

1. With the fairy side quest, all the cards you earn will carry over even if you are defeated. So if you have to do extra runs it definitely is easier. The succubus quest is designed to be really hard, mainly cause the succubus pack itself is overtuned and far more broken. Basically, get damage scaling cards and try to 1-2 hit most of the enemies.

2. Currently not in at the moment. I was gonna make some weird shenanigans with their games being harder when they were bigger, but that was more tedious than i wanted it to be :D

3. Lucile should unlock if Isabelle and Melanie are both still in the game and both are above 400 height (iirc). Ideally them having wins as well will help as that will contribute to unlocking Anima.

Maybe make them grow the more you win with even greater amounts you can gamble as they advance in stages, with stage 5 bringing a battle with each of them using decks using the gambling sets, winning allows a special reward shop with rare cards or packs at a reduced rate as a "Elite VIP" with the size also going to the casino boss, and the ability to freely rematch the girls?

Maybe beating them at max stage and a special battle with casino boss after will unlock optional extra perks that will help you fighting the Queen in end game? (Or even giving you a daily under the table cut of casino (random amount) if Casino boss has committed to helping you, maybe you agree to take a cut now from her in order to agree to reduce the cut they pay out later or something).

who is titania and how do I find her?
Titania is an npc that appears specifically at night in the arena inside location. She sells 4 items that are 40cm each. If you are playing a brand new game highly advise getting the oblivion card from her first. The others, including the hp booster, are also well worth the cost.

I've got a bootsy as well since you aren't the first to say this.

Got some issues, in the latest version at time of writing.

Still can't beat Veronica. You can set the wager to 999 but it does nothing, she still doesn't count you defeating her towards her win/loss rating. This has been an issue for several versions now. Her health also bugs out something fierce, going to something close to 20K but it'll suddenly downshift to around 5-6K if she hits a height that changes her combat portrait. It's also frustrating she gains height when battling her when the npc's don't trigger that.

The succubus path really needs another look at. I know the succubus path is supposed to be tricky because the deck is powerful, but some things are really out of whack. The fights leading up to the final fight aren't super bad if you spent a bunch of height on health but the final boss is crazy. The boss can hit you for over 3K damage in a single swing, her height explodes to something like 25K and she gains 50K health. I also didn't realize that if you lose the final fight, you're apparently permanently locked out of trying it again, which basically bricked my save I had going. Had to put the game down after that, too frustrated to try again.

Another note on the succubus path, was getting a fatal error. Forgive me, I don't remember the exact wording here. "Failed to collect TrueHeight" or something to that effect, when attempting to start the first fight of the succubus path. Going through other areas before going to Pier and then making the attempt seemed to circumvent the problem.

Also related to these two, noticed that perma gain cards such as the Zariel card (did I spell that right?) from the Demonic deck that's supposed to hit for X, gain 10 permanent damage, then be returned to hand (costs 5) wasn't actually gaining anymore damage when I fought Veronica and the final succubus boss. Not sure if it's specific to that card or what.

I really do want to like this game and honestly I love the way the Galactic Defender flows now, it's my new favorite, but things like the above really just stop me. I'm honestly not certain locking the succubus deck behind such an extremely difficult and apparently, permanent fail state path, is the right move. Wouldn't you be dumb strong by the time you'd overcome such a crazy challenging run anyways? I dunno, just doesn't seem right to me.

Finally the npc fights you can unlock via the casino side room and talking about the rumor have an issue. It's not game breaking but MAJOR epilepsy warning in play here. If you defeat them enough times that they hit negative height, the game screen flashes super hard. They also can keep being fought over and over while at negative height and they'll just auto forfeit after your first turn every single time. The flashing also low key persists into the rest of the game until you either go through a few screens or close and relaunch the game
