Thank you this is very valuable feedback as this gives me an idea on how the instructions and the game are perceived. This is not a bug however. Haven't said in the instructions how many trans women would be present in every round. The example you show is intentional game behavior. If you play the quiz again, you might be able to spot a pattern.

It was moderately interesting as a 1-time thing to see if you could 'identify the trans', however as the point of the game is to see how successful you are at identifying trans; and you are not allowed to identify all the trans, thus affecting your score, the entire purpose of the game is rendered moot.

Like the idea. Feel like the execution is kinda meh (though fair enough for a first try, just getting something out is good). Just wanted to leave some suggestions I thought of:
1. show the results!
Don't just tell me the percentage, tell me exactly which I got right. Preferably right after the question instead of at the end. Most importantly show me proof that the model is or isn't trans. A second pic of video where they are fully nude would make the game actually interesting.
2. Order the pics in categories of difficulty.
Without the results I can't be sure, but some questions felt very hard, while others felt obvious. Maybe a tier system/challenge would be fun. Ordering them so you get 4 similar pics would also be better. Getting 1 nude, 1 fully clothed, 1 topless and 1 headshot is kinda bs.
3. Add some story/dialogue.
Instead of just a quiz, you could lean into a corruption/sissification/whatever fetish. Maybe give rewards of normal porn and punishment of fetish porn.
I feel like this game would be better served as a mini-game in a sissification story than as a standalone game. I think that could be really fun actually. But even as a standalone game it could be improved.

Version 1.1 Release
Due to the feedback on the forum decided to update the game. Have incorporated some of the feedback that was given but you might find that some of the feedback hasn't yet been implemented. Have given the quiz a bit more body so it's not just quickly clicking 12 pictures. Anything that would bring this game over 15minutes of gameplay I didn't consider, as that would mean creating a whole new game. As I am currently working on another project it would take away time that I can spend on that.
Summary of the most requested changes:

100% success, I can tell the difference every time. Thank god, I'd have to bring a girl home and discover she had vagina. Gross.
