Honestly this dev seems to be going through full blown Patrion Syndrome, making a big deal out of adding tiny things no one asked for as a way to drag out the development time to milk subscription money on ci-en and wherever else they've set up payment plans. It's been like 4 years.

PD: ok my save was bugged, there were introduced some new things like a full guide about crafting which gives you all game recipes, i cant get that, but i managed to activate the masturbating skill again though
PD2: the skill appears in my menu but i cant use it on the city xD
PD3: you "lose" the skill masturbate if you get the skill harlot.
