I can't give this game more than 4 stars due to its clunky combat and not enough h-content.

This game is not a good 2d side scroller. The combat is weird and clunky. Some hitboxes are massive, others are tiny. Many bosses can easily be cheesed if you just find a specific movement pattern that you can just spam till the boss dies.

I think the people who rated this game badly are being too harsh.
The game is really not that hard as soon as you learn some simple mechanics.
You have a map that constantly tells you where you need to go. The actual level layouts may seem confusing at first, but you quickly realize that there are only a few corridors and dead ends. If you go into a dead end, it really is only like 5 seconds to go back, so it is no problem at all.

If someone genuinely finds the level layout confusing and maze-like, then they must not be let into a Walmart without being accompanied by an adult as to not get lost.

As I said, the combat is janky. One of the airborne attacks deal way more damage than the regular attacks. You can also buy gear from the pause menu screen, which is never really explained properly. If you just spam the the airborne attacks and move away when enemies are about to attack, then you should be able to melt most bosses.

I only had to go and grind to level up once when I got stuck on one of the later bosses, but it only took a few minutes. It was annoying but it was not that big of a deal.

There seems to be other aspects to the combat system, but none of it is explained and the airborne attack is so powerful that I never felt inclined to explore the system beyond that.

The h-content is lacking. Many of the enemy attacks are just grabs and weird wrestling moves, not actual h-attacks. Though the actual h-animations are pretty good.

The game looks ugly, but as I said, the h-animations are good. I value this much more than the game's static look.

All in all, I think this game is definitely worth your time. If you push through the initial confusion of the map layouts and combat, then you will quickly realize that this game is really simple, easy and is better than 90% of other h-game slob.

This could have been a 5/5 but, there's so much jank, there's so many maze-like tedious levels, the strength of the main character even in the late game is so bad due to level up xp needed being stupidly high and enemies dropping absurdly small amount of HP, the boss fights are so f*cking annoying you have no idea, you do not have any health items at all, just one sh*tty health regen ring that regenerates like, a drop of health so you can't heal faster.

The combat is okay, once you learn the wombo combo and the movement controls. it's pretty much the only fun thing about the game.

The artstyle and the H-scenes are using 3D character visuals, but printed as 2D gifs, and the 3D model quality is pretty bad, 80% of the enemies are ugly zombies that have H-scenes with the main character.

Once you clear the game there is no reason to touch this game again.

The 4 stars are for making a full large platformer with hack and slash combat, it almost feels like this game would have been better if it was not a porn game, definitely.

At it's time, I could understand how innovative it was for the H-game genre. And for it's mark in the industry, It has my respect. But comparing it to everything we have available, for 6GB, it horrendous. This is one of the worst games I've ever played. The game expects you to have an intimate knowledge of mechanics and functions it doesn't have the decency to explain without offering a tutorial. Top that off with having to spend hours in game before you ever get to see most of the scenes shown off in videos on other sites (IYKYK), I can undoubtedly say I will not and can not recommend this game.

- Game have literally no instruction whatsoever, not even changing the keys movements.
- You die at the 1st touch ( literally ). The terrains looks awful - The bugs, the lags due to lazy optimization. This is literally old game development system ...
This game have a good concept but poorly executed. I mean it's a f*cking sexual contents game, and I'm not looking for a death traps or grinding the same actions.
And these kind of game isn't hard, it just staining the memory of 2nd Gen E-game.

If you like sidescroller games like Graveyard Executioner, Night of Revenge, Sinisistar and Depravia, I highly recommend trying this game out.

Guilty Hell is one of the earliest games of its kind that I can consider it good gameplay wise. Though it is one of the games that doesn't seem fully completed yet like Night of Revenge it's worth the time.

The concept of the game is very unique and interesting, and the sec scenes and previews are wonderful. The story is also very interesting.
I love the variety of monsters and unique lewd scenes for each of them. The Ryona part of this game is the most attractive. Actually it's really good rape side scroller even if it's censored (not many pussy showing positions anyway so not much to censor).

Maybe it's not that good in terms of real (non-porn) side scrollers but compared to other hentai raping games this one has really decent graphics, combat and story.

Most enemies are rather ugly and sometimes prefer to eat MC rather than rape her but even with all that... Almost every animation looks sexy and hot.

Translation is worst part of the game. You always know what to do and what story is about but dialogues and descriptions are usually terrible (like written by the kid).

One of the best side scrollers on this side.

The artstyle is horrendous, the animation feels laggy, strange, out of place and the gameplay is boring. The hentai scenes are lacking and discontinued. The colors are badly balanced that is the characters' colors are irrelevant with the background

One of the better Metroidvanias. Exploration may not be the best, but the combat, platforming, and character growths are adequate at worst.

There is an insane amount of scenes here, with a major part of the focus is on nasty-looking Ugly Bastards/Zombies and getting bitten/having your pussy licked by said characters. There's also a helping of Yuri (lesbian) stuff and making out for good measure.

If that's not a turn-off, there's more than plenty of stuff here to satisfy.

Amazing side scroller with beautiful animations.

Many people have said plenty good things about his game and I agree with so I won't repeat it. But there is one thing I see a lot talk in this forums about Night of Revenge and how everyone loves it. Well I consider this to be a better game than that and furthermore its a complete game.

Cool story and plot development, decent rpg setup, there some really good monster sex animation. Worth playing if you just wanna see the girl get it hard. Only problem is that its not finished and rpg mechanics could be improved upon

By far the best 3D H-sidescroller on the English market.

Combat is incredibly well done. Combos and movement are fluid, customization of abilities is present, and progression/power growth are impactful and palpable. There are also a high variety of enemies with different attack patterns.

Speaking of enemies, this game has probably one of if not the highest variation of ACTUALLY unique enemies and bosses; each with their own H-animations and attacks. Bosses aren't just sitting at the end of stages either. You often encounter them from exploring certain buildings and navigating certain situations. It's sexy af, not gonna lie.

The 3D graphics are also out of this world. Models are HD and the game scales to 1080p resolution nice and crisp. The animations are well done and once again, there's a ton of variation between enemies in the ways that they assault the protagonist.

If you're a fan of rape/tentacles, I cannot recommend this sidescroller enough!

I kinda like this game, for good graphics, smooth gameplay and controls. Unfortunately, there is mediocre in general, but good plot for THIS KIND OF GAMES (you are a goddes called Airi, which is summoned by fairies to protect their home from assault).
The things i dislike. is a weak damage of goddes (you should cheat, just hack skill points), only one equipable item in almost all sections (one damage booster, one ring, one defensive item, and variatives of them is poor).
Also, can't tell, why is there useless sword, which is hard to obtain, and which replaces only straight standing attack (which also deal LESSER DAMAGE IMO).
Anyway it's a good game, and I was satisfied during the game and after finishing it. I can recommend to play it.

I don't like h side-scrollers, the usual problems are:
low resolution, low quality (visuals, controls, art, etc.), scenes have no transitions just instant grab into final pose, scenes have no variation, games have too 1 dimensional flat map only going left right without change of elevation (no need for serious platforming just avoid the feel of a tube world)
well this game has none of the mistakes above
(except for the menu and the fairy characters,
also it sounds weird to complain about this, but little more variations like mixed enemies party, and more scenes for enemies that don't take full advantage, they don't need to grow a pair why not use them )
is extreme, but just goes better with ryona/ defeated type game, must have a little physicality, in other games it feels like the whole situation turned into a favor for some rest

A nice side scroller game with a lot of content, nice animations, and smooth game play. It doesn't feel choppy like many others of this genre, and the fluidity of controls is pretty rare for h-games.

Porn Castlevania 2.5D. Well, almost.
From a gameplay perspective, some monsters are quite hard. The same goes to jumping which in some places becomes a wall between you and progression. There is character power development + various spells--for your taste.
What is really good in this game is the amount of groping and fucking (although monster models and mosaics are quite meh)--same monsters offer multiple mini-cutscene variations + other monster may join the party.
What is really disappointing (IMHO) are the bosses, which don't have porn mini-cutscenes, unlike their minions (if I remember correctly)
