for some one crash on startup, create new file start.bat on A1.exe same location, and edit text like this:

set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000
A1.exe

click start.bat

Put this file in your game root directory (where A1.exe is located) and The file format needs to be changed to bat format & click Run

It was a screenshot from this video clip I found in October 2017.
The name of the video was "minigame super airi ( を使用したミニゲームスーパー愛理 )"
Not sure if that name will help anyone find it, but I've also been looking for it for a long time.
