VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Haley's Story [v1.1 Pre-Patched] [Viitgames]

The writing is really phenomenal, which matters more than you might expect. I don't just mean that it's natural rather than forced, although that's part of it. I mean that the writer went above and beyond. The characters are written as characters, and not just as plot devices whose purpose is to move the player along towards a satisfyingly erotic ending. For instance, the main character loves Samurai movies—it's a detail that 99% of erotic games would never include, because it's irrelevant to the plot. But I love it.

Excellent game! First of all we have here a nice choice of models, textures, and overall excellent 3D work (although I think the kisses lack a bit of... something). The thing that makes this game so good for me, though, is the writing. The slow pace is excellent and the tension building works really well. It also helps that the relationship between the MC and Haley starts off as a regular brother/sister thing. Plus, this isn't a game where the women are treated as disposable, interchangeable objects (finally!).

I can't wait for the next installments!

I really like this one.

The characters and the story are both sexy and sweet. The writing is good, getting the story across without any verbal bloat and the art is well done too. Enough characters to be interesting while keeping the story focused on the siblings.

Updates are regular and consistant and no bugs as yet.

I haven't finished it yet but this is already one of my favorites. Twins move to the city for a job and they share an apartment. You live the day-to-day lives and meet a memorable cast of characters, while you two battle the slow-moving feelings you have towards each other.

It's a rom-com slice-of-life VN. It's not extremely dramatic and it makes you feel good.

A brilliant VN so far with a great story and good character building.
+ Renders are gorgeous. Haley's character is just.. wow!
+ The relationship of MC with everyone is interesting and realistic.
+ The slow burn is done perfectly. You can see that the MC and Haley desire each other but they don't push their relationship towards something, nor do they push each other part. They just enjoy the moment.
+ Humor is on point.

- The only cons I could think of is that we're being pushed into a relationship. But I'm willing to accept it as a part of the plot and overlook it.

If you like writing in Ptolemy games, then you definitely should play HS. This guy and his team are always trying to bring something new to the table with each game. And from the looks of it we are gonna have another superb adult VN.

This is top notch so far. "So far" is just past the point the dinner with Haley's boss and her cheating husband in v0.10. I had to take a break at this point to show some appreciation for the game. It is brilliantly written, at least compared to the average games here. There are quite few "lewd-games" where I don't get bored by the dialogue and start skipping. This game as me reading it all, often feeling quite amused, and occasionally laughing out loud.

I also like that that the MC isn't instantly (or VERY QUICKLY) sexually interested in his sister. The first scene isn't him spying on her in the shower, or even considering her sexually. At the point that I'm writing this, I sense that there's some tension building up, and there's been some subtle hints. (Subtle to the MC at least. It's impossible to not know where this is heading for the player.)

SO: The writing is very good so far.
The characters have interesting personalities.
There are genuinely funny moments.
The pace feels spot on so far.
The tension is building up, and there's a good foundation for an erotic drama. The art is up to expected standards.
What animation I've seen so far hasn't been impressive, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I'd play it without animation.

So it's a good start, and we'll only have to hope that the creator can keep it up.

I really like this one. good story, renders, characters and all that. Even if it has no sex scenes yet (or minimal), it's already one of my favourite VN's. I hope the following updates will have the same, slow pacing too.

I personally like the slow but believable and lovely way the love between the MC and Haley grows. There's that bickering sibilings have, but you know very welle, Haley will have your back when you're on your last match, and she knows how to be flirty with just a wink

The writing is intriguing and just keeps you interested. No sex scenes have happened and yet it's still is one of my favourites. Renders are solid. The relationship between characters nice especially with the brother and sister teasing and making fun each other while still loving and caring still.

Thnak You! I realy like the story, the character and the choices you can make in this game. The graphic is great as well. The only "negative" i can tell are the animations, but thats only becouse of me, and my sky high demands on that department( after Milfy City i question everything sorry). Overall this is one my favorite game. Keep up the good work.

I never reviewed anything in f95zone. but I can't leave this one alone. this game truly gives you a brother/sister love feeling. we haven't seen any sex scene and yet this game is mind blowing. the story is very good. I'm loving it. waiting for the next version.

I found this game today, game feels pretty good, renders look good. There should be more choices tho.

Story of course is just starting but feels Cozy when it comes to relationship with Haley and so far the only thing i dont really, really like about this game is character named Sandra, her character is pretty boring and her model not to my likings, pretty generic i might say..
But you are pretty much forced to be in relationship with this character and well i like to have a choice in games, that's why 3 star rating for now.

Excellent quality renders.
Very like able characters and females are super hot, especially Haley so hopefully some action with her.
Reminds me a lot of Life WIth Mary specifically the quick answers and wit.
If the dev keeps this pace up it will become a classic.

I love the relationship between the 2 siblings.
It reminds me of Dreaming of Dana and My sister my roommate.
The character designs are great and the dialogue is funny.
It's still very early in the story but I can't wait to see more of it.
It easily became one of my favorite games that are currently in development.

Took a chance on this game, and wow, am I glad I did.

The renders are great, the characters are great and they each have their own distinct personality. The author also nailed the sibling dialogue.

I have huge expectations for the rest of the game, based on the build so far.

This one is quickly moving up my list of favourite games.
Good renders, which actually manage to not look like the same models all over again.
Haley's pretty cute, sexy and has a character, especially the latter is not that common among this type of games.

Sandra is my absolute favourite so far. There are way too few non-White girls in those rendered porn games/ VNs and of those Sandra's appearance has to be among the best.

If I ever have to decide between the lovely redhead sister and the bombshell "sistah," it's gonna be a hard decision to make.

Still a really good game, there is a path in which you and Haley work on sharing Sandra, which is of course my favourite.
Weird side-story about a teacher who abused Haley sexually and dragging the story out just a bit too long result in one star less than my initial review.

For being a demo this has so much potential! I also love how, for now at least, there isn't some crazy sex scam or anything that happens which means we actually get to care about the characters and learn them more easily. All around very impressed

I can't even remember the last time I posted on F95, but I just have to say that this game has made me want to comment. My hats off, to everyone that is involved with this Visual Novel. I know this is a collaboration effort from some great dev's and I sincerely hope this game thrives.

It is nice to see a Female protag that isn't a ditzy idiot. The Haley character feels like someone I know when I read the dialogue, and THAT familiarity takes the immersion to the next level. There isn't much content yet, but I am hopeful for great things to come, considering who is working on this VN. Excellent job!
