You need to visit (not work) her during the day and move to the right. Chat with her and choose "I'd like to confess"

You’ll have to start over.
Luckily, after beating the game, you’ll be granted a “Memory” menu which basically means ur CG progress transfers between saves

The first 4 are from leveling them up (including corrupting them through some special condition)
The 5th is from after visiting them at a specific time after you’ve corrupted them fully
The 6th is from creampie-ing them 10 times and clicking the thing in their Girls Info entry

This involves abusing a bug, where the game counts books shelved by the auto-sorter, even it cant actually shelve a book due to you already doing so. That means manually shelving books ahead of your auto-shelver to essentially double your cash output and make obscene amounts of good quickly and legitimatel!
