For anyone with trouble unlocking the 5th CG, the double heart speech bubble isn't an indicator that she's ready to bang, but the actual button to unlock the 5th cg, if you click her you'll just enter her normal dialogue, you have to click the double heart speech bubble.
To be honest, in order to win S dungeons you absolutely have to have last talent, which restores HP on entering horny mode. Because red dragon in girl mode breaks Ira's horny mode and deals too many damage while you're restoring it. You can still defeat red dragon girl by using tits and dealing 100 dmg when she deals 1, but red dragon dragon's defense is too high and Ira would deal 1 dmg without pussy/cheer up buff.
So yeah, it's pure math issue - you can't beat final dungeon without these. I guess, only newgame might help you now.

For who have a bug with 999 womb tattoo, you can prevent fix it. Go there C:\Users\User Name\AppData\LocalLow\SupaShinKen\HandymanFantasy\SavesDir_\Steam and find there your save. There will be a phrase "iskData": it's our skills in skill book. You need to change there 0 to 1 like in my pic. It's will unlock womb tattoo again.
Very strange , this happend in the game only if you try to cheat something others in the saves. Are you complete the event right ? Give me there a screeshoot where fully look your save, upload it please it imgur or something like this.

If you mean denied her, you need not the work option in guld , but talk, there will be 4 option (okay,denied,boobs,and panties)

alright, thanks, I was confused and it didn't seem to work, maybe I forgot to reach climax with her 3 times.
Also if you mean a blade warrior ( 75% lewd status) , then you need to complete 3 time S dungeon, say nope to her when she ask about sex after dungeon, and at 4 times go to guild and talk to her - there will be a hearts under her head and you unlock H - mode for her.
