Antes de ir para uma masmorra de nível S, é melhor ir a este lugar e comprar os itens.
Você encontrará a loja à noite.
PS: Você pode vencer sem eles. Contra dragões, use a habilidade sexual para aumentar o ataque por 2 turnos e, em seguida, use a habilidade sexual no seu peito, que te torna imune a ataques inimigos.
CG7 is the last one right? If yes to get that you need to finish the main game (corrupt the 5 main girls), then at late night a forest will appear towards the top left of the map, visit the forest twice with each girl to get it.

Heyo, I included a simple guide in my walkthrough on how to beat it - It's under the Ira guide section.
Just make sure you have bought out everything from both the stores (there's an item list at the bottom of walkthrough), aswell as maxed out the womb tattoo skill tree.
The basis of it is just attacking till she's nearly dead, then maxing out the lust to regen all hp - then just boosting atk and attacking.
