VN - Ren'Py - Hanna Futile Resistance [Ep.4] [X3rr4]

Nice game, Hanna is hot, Mimi is a cutie and all the female characters have their own personality on it.

The first act is more or less a preparation for what's coming, and the story is building itself for being something really special. Misadventures apart, it's good to see a game where the Female Protagonist has an active role on it, instead of just being a cock sleeve like how it is in the most games on the genre.

I wish it had more femdom on it, especially with Hanna being the mistress, but it was shown during the punishment of the assholes who threatened her that she has talent for that. Maybe it's a hook for the future updates and interactions.

The game isn't good, it's just not. The characters feel so empty I can't take them serious, the plot is what dictates everything, regardless of it makes sense or not for a character to do or say something, if the plot needs them to, it will force them to.

The same can be said for the player, now granted the game IS called Hanna Futile Resistance, so in a sense an argument could be made for that being our warning to realize choices don't matter at all.

BUT... If choices don't matter at all, and what we are left with in essence is a A) Let it happen B) Game over, then an argument can be made about why should we have this fake choices at all.

Renders are ok I guess. I have to say, I am a bit surprised at some of the reviews, and all of the positive ones seem to be name dropping the creator (whoever she is), saying how she's amazing or w/e, so it does strike me as a little odd...

Whatever the case, don't expect to make choices of any real substance, this is a kinetic novel which sometimes let's you click some buttons that will lead you either into a game over or into the same scene you would have seen regardless if the choice wasn't there.

Didn't really played more than 10 minutes... I can't bare stupidity of this one - during 10 minutes gameplay I encountered 3 situations that was so stupid that... Meh

Don't waste your time

I have been following this AVN for over 2 and a half years and with each update X3rr4 surprises us with the renders and the scenario, it is very pleasant to follow the adventures of Hanna and Mimi and all the other characters they meet over time .

This game is filled with a real story where we learn over the episodes to know the characters (characters specially created by X3rr4) and follow their adventure, of course there is naughty scenes and they are very exciting.

In addition to the game X3rr4 very regularly offers us renders with these characters in different situations, sometimes just one or two renders or from time to time a mini story which can do several dozen renders.

And to make matters worse, she is a very nice woman who is easy to talk to.

If you want to have a good time test the game.

If you want to have a lot of good times join her community.

A very fun and sexy game. The art is outstanding. X3rr4 looks to take great care in each and every render. The characters are well developed and very well made. The writing is first-rate, telling a story that is fun and engaging. The sexy scenes are very steamy and sensual, giving the player an exceptional experience. Overall a very fun to play VN, and chapter 4 has continued that trend. Wonderful job X3rr4, I look forward to many more exciting chapters! Oh, and the best girl is Rui!!!

This one is decent but not good enough to be worth your time given there are better options out there for the same kind of story. And that is the main problem with this one: the story is nor interesting, nor compelling, nor it is especially well told. Characters lack both interest and depth and, to a certain degree, fall victim to where the plot has to go more often than not. FMC's character changes very quickly and she accepts things since the beginning she probably shouldn't without any buildup or tension, and from then on it goes deeper. You seem to have some agency, but the game does say resistance is futile so in the end why bother? But if you do bother, you find out that all paths seem to lead either to game over or to the same result.

Character models are pretty decent but not incredible, and same goes for the animations. No bugs either in my playthrough.

So, all in all it's not a terrible game, but I don't consider it worth it either.

It's a basic slut maker with a shiny coat.

Choices mean absolutely nothing.

Example, very first choice in the game.

You are on a train and some old guy goes to grope you. You have 3 choices. You can stop him and defend yourself, let him do it or let him do it .... no that isn't a typo, 2 of the choices are the exact fucking same.

Difference in the 2 similar choices is you let him do it because you don't want to make a scene or let him do it because you are horny.

I don't want to be groped by a creepy old twat on a train so I click defend myself.

Go to jail for assault, game over.

So the only choice for getting groped on the train is to let it happen.

It's just another basic corruption game with pretty renders. Story isn't great, interraction is absolute shite but the characters look great.

If you ignore everything else and just look at the pictures you may enjoy them. If you are here expecting something good then move along.

As a female I love female MC games but ones with no choices where you are forced to let dumb shit happen just isn't what i'd call entertainment.

After i played only Vns with male MCs i stumbled upon some with female MCs that i really enjoyed so i started to try a few more. Unfortunately so many of them have the MC being forced to do sexual acts with dirty old and disgusting looking men. I never encountered a VN where the male MC is forced to fuck an ugly bitch but in so many VNs with female MCs this is just the case. They lure you in with having choices but if you pick the choice where you refuse to get groped by a disgusting homeless man u instanly kill him and its game over wtf. Dont bother giving choices at all then. There seem to be a lot of people into that shit or sth idk whats wrong with them but whatever.
I really cant recommend playing this.

Hi everyone, I want to say something, this game is still new, but from my point of view it has what it takes to be one of the best female protagonists games. The story is very addictive the characters are very good but no character can match the prettiest girl so far, for me Hanna, that sexy character I get so excited when I see her, I can't explain it, it's hard to do something like that to me because I already I've played a lot of games, but this character I've connected a lot with her, this model I'm already looking forward to playing again is what I'll do after I finish commenting here and one of the reasons I've also put this game as my favorite is because it is just very good at almost everything, I'm looking forward to new updates. Not quite sure how to feel about this...the renders and visual quality obviously speak for themselves and animations are well above average but outside of that, it's a mess.

Even as a smut game, pacing is a bit wonky. There's no concrete storyline, more like an amalgamation of loosely tied storylines where sexual assault happens at every turn. I have no idea what the whole point of the game is to be quite honest. Instead of choosing the path you want to take, you are instead denied some early choices in turn of being a slut and being happily groped by a stranger on a subway and thus kinda making any future route of faithfulness out of place, that faithfulness including us believing any choice we make will matter. She tries to get revenge for blackmail and instead gets to 3rd base with him. MC gets hot and bothered by literally 80% of the introduced characters even if she doesn't like them.

Writing is obviously meant to be more informal and overly flirtatious but even then, it's kinda distracting and makes everything even harder to follow or maintain interest. We obviously want sexual content but that doesn't mean to make them as trashy as possible

It has the makings here and there of an enjoyable game but needs an overhaul in the script writing for it to progress further than it is now

This one caught me by surprise. Really didn't think it would be as great as it was. The art is fantastic and the preview images here in F95 don't do it justice. It's probably the first time the art in-game surprised me by being much better than the previews.

Gameplay is quite straightforward but with a good minigame, girls are very hot and the art, as mentioned above, is fantastic. Really good game.

I found this game very dull.

I consider good graphic but the characters, the situations, the plot.. is boring like a Saturday night fuck with 20 years married wife.

I cannot see any kink, any exciting situation, definitely the dev is talented in drawing the story.. but he needs an adult story writer to help him, because there is no much talent in the plot itself.

Totally unbelievable characters with no interior motivations but lust. The current version is basically a constant stream of fanservice without a line of realistic dialogue. Boyfriend character only makes an appearance for the cheating fetish. That said, renders are are nice and the characters are hot.

This is serious downside of this game. Sometimes its so dumb that story will insult your intelligence.
On the other hand if you are in a mood for stupid whorefest, then you might enjoy this.
Some examples:
Random guy gropes Main Character's tits and she throws a scene. Few minutes later dirty hobo starts groping her ass and pussy and she lets it happen.
Especially mind boggling was moment when MC had a brilliant idea to take some "sex drug" and then she decided to go to the club to party. Seriously?! Next morning she acts horrified when she receives message with photo of her giving BJ to many dudes. What a surprise.

Renders are decent. Unfortunately you can clearly tell that author doesnt have much experience with rendering images. Sometimes he will catch sex scenes from weird angle and you will miss all the fun.
Example? MC is naked in bed, her younger sister is (accidentally) fingering her and camera will mostly focus on their faces. Boring. You will see only 1 render aimed at MC's crotch, but due to younger sister's hand, you will not see anything.

Either you will get (really stupid) Bad End or you choice doesnt change anything (only difference will be some flavour text).
Especially annoying was unability to avoid being molested by dirty hobo, who just vomited on the floor inside train. Eww.

This game has really fast pace. Art is quite hot. Unfortunately characters and plot are totally stupid. If you want some cheap porn, then go for it. Dont expect anything more.
