Because there are a lot of new NPCs and the update was promised to be a really big one with content and machanics(?) update.

People are testing Mango content right now (mordicai is still in wip), hopefully 1-2 weeks and we get the new update.

Jesus, 6 months and out of 2 enemies only one is finished/in testing stages ? Either this update has more polish than fucking diamonds, or it's powered by snails.
Probably the couse is the mechanic of saving various npc from Mango (i think they have scenes too)

No way of knowing for sure until we actually see the update, but I definetely hope they do, because 6 months (or more, if the update gets delayed more) for 2 enemies with 2-3 short loops for 2 characters is a bit too much...
I also hope that the new area will have more than 2 corridors, but, again, we'll see when the update actually gets released.

It's always a solid game to check back on after a few years. Its got plenty in replayability which makes it worth the wait compared to others overall.

The thing is doggie doesn't usually like lie about release dates. It's not promised to release for months and then never does, it just happens roughly when doggie says it will. There's no misleading; updates happen when they happen, you're welcome to stay subbed or leave.
This round took quite a while and nobody denied that. I get the feeling doggie took a break for a while to avoid burnout, which is a thing solo devs have to do. This site can cry as hard as they want but this is not unethical developer behavior

Lol. So many people are thirsty for this update. Relax, Doggie is working on Mordicai and the extra to be included and seems to be making great pace. If for some reason it DOESN'T get released during the last day, then the first of the month.
People are so thirsty for the next update cause they eager to play more. I myself can't wait for the next update. This is one of the, by far, best (furry/femboy/etc.) porn games I've played. Many cummies to Doggie
