I mean, I'll be honest my friend, I don't see this going too well, no controversial shit going badly, but I just don't think that the game in full is going to get anywhere anytime soon and its just going to drop off eventually. A bit like how yandere simulator is never going to be finished, but with a lot less pedo-shit.
Ironically it might not be, given that the last update's enemy isn't an adult roleplaying a baby, but a literal child. People seem to have glossed over that pretty hard while making excuses for how ABDL hasn't become the main focus of the game's development.

I'll say that while the theme is ABDL, and thus you can "assume" every character in the daycare is just an adult roleplaying a baby, this character (Minty) does look conspicuously more childlike than the rest (I think Doggie was even aware of this, because the sprite is extremely diminutive but the animations make them appear much taller but still just as young). Hell, even Gaz, who has the excuse of being a goblin female which means shortstack by default, could easily pass as a child even without the diapers. None of this even addresses the bizarreness of "soiled diaper" fetish and how it's basically just an excuse to have corprophagia/scat minus the shit being visible.
I'm sure someone will come in to tell me I'm retarded for thinking this character is anything but a 40 year old flat-chested loli woman, but oh well, we all make mistakes right? I'll also say that despite clowning on this, I do still love the rest of the content in the game, and as selfish as it sounds I wish Doggie hadn't discovered their "one true fetish", which is clearly ABDL. Very, VERY few other devs do animations in this style anywhere near as well as Doggie, and as someone who admittedly enjoys their more "slightly fringe" fetish content like the fat witch girl and the stink fetish characters, it really does suck to wait half a freakin' year just to get more diaper content and having to question if I'm on an FBI watch list.
If there's anything positive to come out of this, at least the maybe 20 or so people on this site that enjoy ABDL get catered to. They were probably absolutely starving.

oh yeah we all saw that and knew what was coming already. aka the few people who noticed that ABDL updates. i even played it myself and i agree its pretty bad but the reason we didn't mention this was to make a nonbiased argument on how terrible the dev time has been lately. even without it the games pretty much a scam now since people are paying for things they didn't even ask for and also for the few that still think doggie bones deserves more time despite all the evidence that points it not being the case. especially since they well seem to constantly scrap animations and such on short notice there was so much sprite work done that didn't even make into the actual game and yet the most horrendous and horrible sprite gets in the game likely because of their relation ship from what i heard they seem to cater the game towards their boyfriend and less to the poeple who acutally are going to play it

Something to keep note of is also having a SubStar. Because there's things not allowed on that crapshoot of a site (patreon), those same people could've been migrating onto there too. That slow decline, even if it were representative, isn't saying much though. It only means they're still able to milk the patrons for a drip-feed of content. As much as I'd like to bitch and moan, the saving grace I have to mention though is that the game's going to be free. Even if we didn't pirate it it's still going to get releases and updates to it until the artist calls it quits.If you think that's bad, wait till you get actual scat and watersport on search at rule34.xxx. Whenever diapers are involved, scat is inevitable. If it isn't... then what are you really conveying here? RPing as underaged toddlers doing explicit things? How do i know this, well i leaked two characters a weird kobold with a laser pack and a sarcophagus tank awhile back. They have yet to be added (even though it seems like the animations were done)
The two new enemies will play into those brainwashed sam and whispy that we saw from a person's leak post. So in otherwords. Christmas or easter. Hopefully christmas because it will avoid the game being labeled as abandoned again, but if it's easter we get the abandoned label on this game again.
