stupid idea, but with all the decryption tools out there think thats whats actually needed? a "community edition" so to speak that will light a fire under doggies backside thats not diaper rash related? i heard people grow faster with competion so thats why i mentioned this.

...I think someone modded the game once but it was ill fated. You could always give it a go, dude, but I don't think anyone here wants to *do it themselves* especially when it involves working on someone else's code.
That was me, and it, was, hard. Like so many road blocks, so much limitation, it was personally orginized by the game creator, so I was looking in all the wrong spots and had to rename stuff to make it work, making sure the sprites were converted correctly with the game's engine, if you got the patience and are horny enough to put your oc in the game, go for it man.
Oh and best results for extraction tools was the UndertaleModTool
This game updates faster than moldy cheese, and moldy cheese rots faster than people's expectations for this fucking game. What is even planned to be implemented?

Uhh... Are you sure you are in the right thread, mate? As far as I can remember, there are no "gates" in this game, and definitely no "power" mechanics of any kind. Unless you mean the stamina mechanic, but, why would you think that equates to "power?"

Welp, i can safely assume one thing so far after taking a brief glance at the code.
Shit's wack. No code comments so clearly whomever is doing the code is doing this solo as you need to leave code comments when your working with a team so they can read what the hell that code is supposed to do.
Oh and also the haunt is still present. Can still be activated somehow
Although the creepiest thing so far is the text "That wasn't very wise of you little fox".
Anyways i have no coding knowledge, i just know how to crack open exe files and rip stuff out and modify code. Not good enough to make code or my own assets.

If cheats = True funny juice is .01 cent cheaper
A character named Hungi exists. It's the file name for the fish

its not in the game yet, and given this devs track record it never will be. They need to just slap an "abandoned" tag on this game and be done w it at this point.
Probably added as an easter egg for anyone that looks into the code, I could be wrong tho

Best tool I've found for combing through the game is the

as Undertale and HHP share the same engine.. kinda. It allows you to view the spritesheets in a somewhat convoluted manner and look into the code but I've used it to comb through the sprite sheets to see if anything secret gets added as I was curious to find the easter egg and then have it go nowhere and was unsure if there was more to it that just hadn't been found out. The line in question comes from one of the 4 shadows (called haunts) that only appear once you've activated the easter egg. I liked the easter egg in the last game and I hope they add a few more (as long as it doesn't add years to the dev time). For those that don't know how to activate the haunt you need to get the spell book from the goth girl and go into the daycare, at this part there's a poster at the end that will (seemingly randomly) change into something else other than the picture of whispy.
Hit the picture with the spellbook's spell and you'll be teleported to a new zone (briefly) where a spooky figure watches you from a closet, then get put back into the world. It's either random chance or on a timer to get the different poster spawn, by luck or sheer coincidence I've had most luck when the clock (real life time) ends in a 0 or 5. (4:00 PM, 4:05 PM, 4:10PM etc) But I have a feeling this is coincidence. You can save in the room before and just keep repeating until it works, as if you enter the room and the poster is of whispy it'll never magically change sprites as it'll be that way when you enter the room.
In the haunted state you:
- Can't use vending machines to heal, only the burgers in the canteen.
- Can interact with the four "haunts" that appear around the level.
- Can't switch to Sam.
- Can't pick up Jessie's info card as it disappears. (I think the rest are fine though).
Oh yeah, in the files there is a combat update addition, a low health warning.
There's a dick butt hidden in the sprites.

Straight doesn't work, i have gotten the code to place down the object in question
Straight up crashs your game because it ain't working properly.
After coding a door to the zone
Yeah the code to teleport you to the closet straight up doesn't even work by the way, the code was gutted only sam's code exists and it does an instance destroy on the entity that teleports you in
However i messed up initally on the exit coding of the door (woops probs should have made my own script) i got freaked out when it teleported me back
Sadly due to this feature being gutted and only the sprites and some code of it remains, the haunted guys don't seem to spawn, sadge. Anyways that's it for me code diving everyone.

So to summarize: The dickbutt sprite is visible in the game on the very top left of the main map, or was, i forgot in which version, the haunting worked in one version and I have them all, so if you want to see the code, I'll ook through them and potentially corrupt my save once again in attempt to find which version has the functional haunting if you want to take a peek at the functional code.
Warning Danger sign was used for bossfight with bee at one point if I remember correctly. the grenade was some sort of weapon that replaced the farty skunk from version 15, which is also the version where the haunting is still working (I just tested it)
The "That wasn't very wise of you little fox" is said by the ghost right outside the haunting activation area.
some other quotes are : "Do you remember when she found you in that basement" and "I don't think I'll ever be able to leave"
edit: im wrong about the skunk grenade thingy, it was an egg
